Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Attachment Flow (the “Service”) operated by edge-tech s. r. o. (“Attachment Flow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

Attachment Flow is an Outlook add-in and related web services that allow users to upload, manage, and share files to Microsoft OneDrive and other supported storage providers.

Plans: Some parts of the Service are provided on a subscription basis (“Subscription”).
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, unless otherwise stated.
Renewal: Your Subscription automatically renews unless you cancel through your online account or by contacting our support team before the renewal date.
Payment Method: A valid payment method is required. By submitting payment details, you authorize us to charge all fees to your chosen payment method.
Taxes: All fees are exclusive of value-added tax (VAT) or similar taxes, which will be applied where required by law.

If automatic billing fails, you must provide payment within the time specified on the electronic invoice we send you.

We may change Subscription fees at our discretion. We will give you reasonable prior notice so you can cancel before new fees take effect. Continued use after the change constitutes your agreement to the new fees.

Except where required by law (including applicable EU consumer rights), Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a digital subscription within 14 days of purchase unless you have begun using the Service, in which case the right of withdrawal is waived.

You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Service by automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) other than through our documented APIs
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise the security or performance of the Service
• Uploading or sharing unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Using the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding content uploaded by users) are owned by edge-tech s. r. o. or its licensors. You retain ownership of any files or data you upload to the Service. You grant Attachment Flow a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit such data solely to provide the Service.

Attachment Flow may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Microsoft OneDrive or Microsoft Graph). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these services. Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not liable for interruptions or limitations resulting from third-party APIs. Changes to those services may affect functionality without prior notice.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal data, including data processed through Microsoft Graph. Users located in the EEA have specific rights under GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, and data portability. Requests can be submitted via our contact details below.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will retain your data for a limited time in accordance with our Privacy Policy to allow you to retrieve it, after which it may be deleted.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attachment Flow and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance. We may perform maintenance or updates that may temporarily affect availability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the Slovak Republic, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
